And there was a light… (and a new builder, and wifi!)
That things have been progressing slow, we know, however and although we do not have the interior quite sorted yet, neither the bathroom, we got the Wifi now at least:) And fully working electricity in the entire cabin. Also, the plumber met us during the weekend and he is due to start at any point now (weather permitting - which is not looking too good at the moment - lots of rain), and also our new builder came along and made plans regarding further interior refurb and the glass wall entrance fitting. We have jus ordered a large beautiful aluminium frame sliding door, that is custom made, due to be delivered the beginning of November, so let’s hope all is good and it can be fitted by the end of November, weather permitting again. In the meantime, the cesspit application and plans connected to that are in process, and as always, we have been clearing the forest, 2/3rds are done now. Also, Andrew has dug up a deep ridge in the basement for the plumber to be able to install the water pipes, so they don’t freeze in the harsh winter. And it was a hard work as the terrain is full of mountain boulders! We also captured our neighbourhood - our closest surroundings including the driveway meadow, the views, the neighbourhood cabins, and the 5min walk to the local plunge pool where we normally have a wash. Enjoy:)
