3 hour, approx 12km easy loop walk from Strbske Pleso (Strbske Lake) along a stone path through the woodlands. 400m altitude, suitable for any age. Couple of restaurants available at the lake and plenty of options for food/drinks.

Mala Fatra - Vratna, is our closest mountain range (around 20mins away driving) that offers multiple stunning hikes including waterfalls and rocky climbs. We went for a walk around Rozsutec that took us 4 hours and around 15km in length.

We walked to Lietava Castle after work one evening. It is an easy drive out of the town, around 15mins only and the trail itself is a loop - around 5k long.
